We would only require you to produce the clearances if there was a question about your movie. Refer also to and We do have clearance forms available if you don't have one yourself. As for the list of teams - most of you will have received an email confirming your registration - and an invite to the entrants mailing list. If you haven't - you may have recently sent it in - or your contact details on the registration form may have been entered incorrectly or have a bad email address.
