We've answered this one in the forums -- basically the production/ 
creative core of school entries should be primarily composed of  
students at the particular school entering.  You can of course use  
actors of a different age if that is how your movie is scripted.  The  
"primary" category includes intermediate schools as well - so there  
is a wide range of ages in the category anyway that can be involved  
in the creative process.  We would also encourage teachers to assist  
and advise students with technical aspects.

Same goes for secondary and hobbyists...

The official blurb is:
In the school category, teachers are allowed to help. In any of the  
categories, we do not preclude any video professionals or more  
experienced team members from helping or from acting in an advisory  
capacity, they can just cannot be directly involved in making the movie.

And oh, BTW, Cassandra - congrats on being Team id #200 ;) - you're  
famous ;)
